♦ I have used / will use OLIVE OIL ear drops 4 times a day at least for 5 days.
♦ I understand that ear syringing carries a rare risk of perforation to the eardrum and I have consent to the proposed treatment.
♦ I understand that on the odd occasion where syringing is unsuccessful, this service will still carry a charge
